I just can't get enough...

...of making these purses that is. Actually, the one I made yesterday is more than a purse. It's a big beach bag. I made it using the Clear Square die from Stampin'Up! just like the previous post, but this one used 112 squares all together. But it only took me about 15 minutes to cut all the squares using the bigshot, because you can cut 8 squares at one time!!

I decided to only use two different fabrics for this one and I have the zebra stripes alone inside. I made the handles out of the flower fabric and made them a lot longer than the purse straps so I can carry it over my shoulder better. I used 1 1/2 yards of the zebra fabric and 2/3 yards of the flower print and I used pretty much all of it. I plan on picking up just a little more of the zebra fabric to make a piece to put inside over cardboard to keep the bottom sturdy.

I plan on making another one soon. I can't wait to figure out what fabric to get this time. You have got to try one of these. I would love to see your creations.

If you need to order the Square die and/or the bigshot, visit my online store www.sheryldreyer.stampinup.net and I would love to show you how.

How cute is that?! You are so creative and I love the zebra striped fabric. Here's yet another reason to get a Big Shot ... is there anything that machine can't do?
