I saw this a while back on someone else's blog and wanted to try it but didn't have the instructions for it. I knew the demonstrators name, so I found her on demonstrator locator (what a great tool) and emailed her to see if I she would give out the directions. She emailed me back saying she didn't have a problem with it as long as I gave her credit for designing it. Well of course! Her name is Annie Coffman. Thanks Annie, this turned out so cute!
It uses the smaller of the 2 pennants on the die along with the scallop die.
I was borrowing a friends die for the week when I made this, but now I think I may have to splurge and purchase this baby. Remember to get the pennant die, you must order through Stampin'Up!, it is an exclusive die to Stampin'Up! and will only work in the Bigshot machine.
