March Stamp Club

Well last night was my March Stamp Club meeting and boy did my gals have some things to make. Everything made was using all kinds of different punches and some things using the bigshot.

First I had them make the Sesame Street Character card found here. They loved those.

Next I made this card up late yesterday afternoon using the new Manhattan Embossing folder for the bigshot:
I saw a card similar to this on Julie Buhlers blog and thought this would make a really nice Mother's Day card even though I don't have a Mother's Day stamp. Here's another picture showing how it opens:
This card is also using the Oval All set that will be available on April 1 and is found in the Occasions mini catalog.

Next I wanted to make the bunny card that I made here, but I didn't really want to do another card, so I made it into a gift box instead using the new Matchbox die also found in the Occasions mini. I made up the boxes ahead of time to save time. Check this out:

Well I'm happy to report that everyone got their projects completed in a timely manner and still had time to sit for a time and gab. It was a fun night!

If you would like to be part of a fun group that meets once a month to stamp and scrapbook, contact me. The next session will be beginning soon with the new catalog in July.
